1. Dance Packages Designed for You!
Each package is thoughtfully created with expert instruction to match your experience level and goals. Get ready for engaging lessons, practice time, and the chance to grow with every graceful step.
2. Secure Your Spot!
Payments are required upfront to reserve your place on the dance floor. We accept major credit cards. Just a heads-up—late payments may pause your participation until everything is settled.
3. Changed Your Tune? No Problem!
Plans can shift, and we understand! Cancel within the first 7 days for a full refund, no cancellation fee. After 7 days, a 20% fee will apply to any unused package(s). Just submit a signed cancellation form, and we’ll process your refund within 30 days. Please note that refunds aren’t available after the package expiration period—Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages have a 12-month window for use, while all other packages must be used within 6 months.
4. Missed a Beat? Catch Up!
Life happens, and if you miss a class, no worries. You can reschedule—just give us a 24-hour heads-up to avoid a lesson being deducted from your package.
5. Sign Once, Dance Forever!
Before stepping onto the dance floor, please be sure to sign our waiver. No need to sign again with each package—you’re good to go with just one!
6. Look Sharp, Move Free
Dress comfortably in business casual attire that lets you move with ease. For shoes, go with closed-toe options that have a flat or ballroom sole—ladies, a closed heel is best. Avoid rubber soles, as they can catch on the dance floor.
7. Instructor, Your Guide!
While we love each instructor’s unique flair, we can’t guarantee the continued services of any particular teacher. Rest assured, we’ll always assign you the best available instructor to keep your dance journey flowing smoothly.
8. External Interactions and Staff/Client Safety
To ensure the privacy and safety of our staff as well as students, The Art of Ballroom prioritizes limiting direct one-on-one interactions outside of scheduled classes and official studio events. While we value the relationships built within our dance community, any engagements with The Art of Ballroom personnel outside of designated studio activities must be pre-approved by studio ownership. This policy helps us maintain a professional and safe environment for both our staff and clients. We kindly ask our clients to respect the personal boundaries and off-duty hours of our team members, refraining from requesting personal meetings or interaction beyond the scope of our offered services and events.
9. Smooth Moves, Smooth Resolutions!
Got a concern? Let us know! Please bring any issues directly to management instead of chatting about them with other students—gossip isn’t our style. We’re all about respect and a positive, drama-free environment, so remember, we’ve got a zero-tolerance policy on this. You’ll get one friendly reminder, but we mean business about keeping things smooth!
10. Unforeseen Twists:
If unexpected events like natural disasters affect our ability to provide services, we’ll adjust as gracefully as our dance steps. Thanks for your understanding!
